About Us:
Join our dynamic team at the North Central Board of Realtors and the Mountain Home Multiple Listing Service! We are dedicated to serving the real estate community by providing exceptional service and support to our members. We are currently seeking a motivated and highly organized Administrative Executive to help us manage our daily operations and maintain our position as leaders in the real estate sector.

Role Overview:
As an AE, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing software management and vendor agreements. This position requires a candidate who is not only adept at administrative skills but also enthusiastic about networking and engaging with community and state-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all financial accounts using QuickBooks.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Set up and maintain organizational software systems.
- Oversee contracts and relationships with third-party vendors.
- Regularly participate in local and state-level networking events to bolster our organization's presence and engagement.
- Some travel required to represent the organization at events and meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word & Excel, Canva, and various social media platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be a people person.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in an administrative role.
